Narayan Kamath

Hello!

My name is Narayan Kamath. I am a Leadership Coach and Career Success Strategist for mid-career professionals.

I work with companies and help them develop the leadership skills of leaders and high potentials.

I also help mid-career professionals define and achieve the career success they desire and deserve.

Coaching (Individual/Group), Workshops, Seminars and online courses are some of the ways I work with my Clients.

I have been coaching for about 15 years now, initially on a part-time basis, and since 2015 as a full-time executive coach and trainer.

Before launching my practice, I worked for 25 years in the Oil & Gas industry with large global companies. I have worked in a variety of technical and business leadership roles leading small and large teams with members based in Australia, Asia, Middle East, Europe, and North America.

I’m an aspiring writer. I’ve cultivated a habit of writing at least 1000 words a day since 2017. However, I have been inconsistent in publishing my work. My theme for 2021 is “Ship Every Day.”

When I’m not coaching, or writing, I walk, read, listen to music, and play with my grandson.

I live in Bengaluru India with my wife and mother, and a stone’s throw away from my grandson.
